I've always loved food, not just eating it, but creating it. Long before Tajiri Aroma existed, I was the kind of person who watched cooking videos for fun, always looking for something new to try. My father was a chef, so maybe I picked up the spirit from him without even realising it.
Starting Tajiri wasn't easy. There were moments when I felt like giving up, but I kept going, holding on to something my father always told me: practice makes perfect.
What kept me pushing was a simple belief: people deserve healthy, well-made food, not just something to fill a hunger. Food that's good for you, not just good to taste. That belief became our motto: Eat Good.
Today, every meal we prepare is guided by that same belief: wholesome food, made with care, for people who want to eat good.
